TWO Plus TWO Winder Machine

Features

Four machines in one: The TWO PLUS TWO features two sets of two spindles. Each pair runs independently of the other but with the same traverse speed and length.
This system allows the operator to work on two sets of dual spindles, while at the same time, two identical coils are being wound.
Wide bobbin range: The machine will handle bobbins up to 2 1/2" in diameter and from .050" to 4" in length.
Wide wire range: Smooth winding action handles wire in the range from #24 AWG to the finest.
Electronic counter with automatic deceleration: Required equipment with the TWO PLUS TWO is an electronic counter with a 1:1 ratio.
A slow-down feature allows automatic deceleration from high speeds, allowing no overrun of turns of wire. Added presets are available as an option for winding coils with multiple taps.
Completely variable speed and pitch control: Accurate dial settings permit variable pitch of layering and variable speeds up to 9500 turns per minute.
No gears to change: Efficient design utilizes an infinitely variable speed transmission which eliminates time consuming gear changes.
No loss of operation time: While two bobbins are winding at high speed, the operator may tape, remove and replace the two bobbins that have just been completed. No waiting time for the operator.
Tailstocks: Quick acting dual tailstocks for bobbins which need to have flange support during winding.
